Shipping methods

Express Courier If you choose the "Express Courier" shipping method, you will receive your order within 3-4 working days within most of Italy (not applicable in December; if you want to receive your order by Christmas, try contacting us to see if we can fulfill your request on time). The shipping cost via express courier is €10.00, €8.00 for soapstone cubes.

Shipping is available all over Italy via BRT courier. If you reside in a country within the European Union, pleasecontact us and we will find the best option to deliver our product to you.

In-store pickup Do you live nearby? Would you like to visit us to collect your order, see our products and meet us in person? Choose the "In-store pickup" shipping method to collect your package. Our shop is located at Via San Giovanni 68, 23020 Lanzada (SO).
Furthermore, if you live in Sondrio or nearby, you can contact us: if we happen to be in your area, we can bring the Lavéc to you. Once the order is ready, we'll contact you (by email or phone) to arrange a pickup time.
