Working with very important and recognized chefs has allowed us to test ourselves in order to give shape to their ideas. Being able to create with our hands, with our tools, Lavéc and dishes that are used to cook and serve their dishes is a wonderful satisfaction for us.
And finding in these chefs a special attention to Italian craftsmanship, to the historical tradition of the works of the past is It was a nice confirmation for us for the work we do every day.
Alessandro Negrini
2 Stelle Michelin | Il luogo di Aimo e Nadia
Alessandro Negrini is of Valmalenco, just like us and we therefore share the same roots, the love for our land.
For him and for his restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo and Nadia we had the pleasure of creating numerous products that have seen the classic Lavéc to modify itself and change shape, to be able to create pots for him to cook with and give vent to his creativity.
As the first product created we created the classic Ciapun: the complete series of Lavéc all extracted from the same block of stone.
Later we created a "pressure" Lavéc with a very large and heavy lid which therefore puts a lot of pressure on the food and finally a very particular Lavéc which allows smoking and cooking on multiple levels.

Michelangelo Mammoliti
2 Stelle Michelin | La Rei Natura del Boscareto Resort
Michelangelo Mammoliti was the first to contact us; he involved us in the creation of two traditional Lavécs and then we created for him some Lavécs with very low double handles of 19cm diameter, complete with lid, with which he prepares the RISO SPORCO dish: an ancient peasant recipe that he revisited, cooking the rice right in the Lavéc and bringing it directly to the table.

Giuseppe e Francesco D’Errico
1 Stella Michelin | La Madernassa
For the starred chefs of the La Madernassa restaurant in Guarene, in the Langhe, we created Lavéc with very low double handles, 14 and 19cm in diameter with double handles and lid.
Heinz Beck
3 Stelle Michelin | La Pergola
For the La Pergola restaurant in Rome, whose chef is Heinz Beck, we created numerous bowls of a different shape than our traditional ones: they are in fact much lower.
